The yogurt fermentation tank features a three-layer stainless steel structure with a stirrer, touchscreen electronic control, and an automatic temperature control system. The fermentation temperature is adjustable from 40-60°C, and the fermentation time is adjustable from 0-999 minutes. Sizes from 100L to 2000L can be customized. It is used for fermenting milk, soy milk, flavored dairy products, etc. The stirring function allows for the addition of fruit juice for flavoring after fermentation. The finished yogurt from this fermentation tank is liquid yogurt, also known as stirred yogurt.
