Equipment Overview:
The box-type modified atmosphere packaging machine can complete the whole process of vacuum, inflation, sealing, film cutting, film collection, automatic mold withdrawal, and manual box removal. It is widely used in packaging food, medicine, local specialties, chemical products, etc. It can prevent oxidation, mildew, moisture, maintain quality and freshness, and extend the storage period of products. Equipment process:
Exit the mold—-Put the box—After pressing the switch, the mold is automatically entered, vacuumed, filled with nitrogen, sealed, cut the film, and waste film is collected—-Automatically exit the mold—-Manually take out the product
Equipment configuration:
1. Japan Omron time relay control system.
2. Japan color film photoelectric tracking reading color mark positioning sensor identifier and white film distance locator, Japan Hequan positioning magnetic switch.
3. Japan Omron temperature controller to achieve automatic and accurate temperature control.
4. The vacuum and inflation controller is Japan Omron.
5. The mold is cast with aluminum-magnesium alloy
6. The saw-tooth cutter made of all stainless steel is durable and not easy to damage
7. This machine adopts automatic mold entry, automatic vacuuming, inflation, sealing, film cutting, waste film collection, automatic mold exit, and manual box taking out.
8. The fixed and mobile brake system is adopted, the equipment is stable and durable, and occupies a small area.
9. The whole machine is made of stainless steel and aluminum-magnesium alloy, which meets food hygiene requirements.
