The bag washing and drying production line adopts high-pressure spray cleaning. This process is mainly divided into four sections: the first section is the degreasing section with spraying of cleaning agent; the second section is the cleaning section; the third section is the pushing and draining section; and the fourth section is the high-flow air drying or room temperature air drying section. The bag washing and drying production line has the characteristics of large cleaning capacity and high cleaning rate. After being rotated and fed onto the vibrating feeding machine, the bag is conveyed to the flexible packaging air dryer for drying, and then it can be labeled and boxed. The bag washing and drying production line is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, which meets the national food export standards. Each single machine in the production line can be customized according to the different processing characteristics of the users to maximize the satisfaction of process requirements.
