Structure:
Suction chamber: All internal and external parts are made of stainless steel, which is durable and corrosion-resistant; by setting technical parameters, meat processing can be carried out in the chamber.
Heating system: Automatically generate steam to heat the product directly, and the steam output can be adjusted according to the number of processed products, but the pressure in the chamber must not be >0.8Mpa.
Air circulation system: The smoke machine head is equipped with a two-speed electric fan, which helps to stabilize the temperature during product processing and ensure the quality of the processed product.
Smoke generation system: There is a smoke exhaust plate inside the machine. The operator can adjust the smoke generation time and smoke volume through the smoke switch button.
Electrical control system: Fully automatic electrical/computer control and monitoring of the food processing process, easy and safe to operate.
